From custom-designed residential homes to iconic commercial spaces our clients appreciate our experience and proven mastery of architecture and interior design. Initially we were a local firm – practicing regionally in the greater New York City area. Over time, however, our practice received architecture and interior design commissions across the United States – from the East coast to the West coast and way over the Pacific Ocean to the American territory of Guam.
With the establishment of our second office in Manila, Philippines, we began to service S.E. Asia and the Island Nations of the North Pacific as well.
Ours is a general practice of architecture as reflected in the broad variety of project types. Lots of new single family homes, of course. But we also have a big project book of residential renovations, additions and historic preservations. We have also designed fine dining restaurants, fast food joints, luxury hotel suites and executive lounges in 5 star hotels, bank offices, multi-story residential buildings, prefabricated buildings, shops, furniture lines and many other types of architecture and interior design.
Similarly our clientele are a diverse lot. They have included private individuals and families, business owners, non-profits, developers, religious institutions, luxury hotel groups, a sea-side resort, municipal agencies, chefs, contractors, project managers, furniture manufacturers, a pre-fabricated building company and an international bank, to name a but a few.
We are also experts in architectural and construction technology – including prefabrication options, net-zero design, active and passive solar design, PV integration, biophilic design, and construction management.
We have picked up more than a few tricks since opening our doors in 1991
